Oh yes, she was also taking 6 courses at a time when 4 was considered full time, graduated University with distinction, plus grew her first business while in University which continues to grow from it's 22 years of success.
Education + Experience = not just your average bookkeeper
From working at Museums, to Women's Shelters, to Community Schools, and to Hospice Centres: I'm dedicated and experienced to know the unique bookkeeping needs associated with all: including charity receipting, charity tax returns, and grant reporting requirements.
Construction is such a unique industry, and where many of my years of experience draw from. If I were to sum up one of the most important words learned through experience it would be this: Momentum. You don't want the bookkeeping to be a blocker for getting things done.
Including getting people paid.
Whether this is making sure your restaurant runs smoothly, your guests are well served, and that your staff and vendors are well respected with on-time paycheques and accounts payable policies. We make sure that the bookkeeping supports you and the people that matter to you and your business.
Always the fun phase: rapid, quick moving, and getting processes in place. Let's make sure to keep your momentum going knowing that your books are taken care of and that there will be reports generated with in person meetings to help you plan for the best continued success.
While QuickBooks online is the new industry standard for bookkeeping and financial reporting, I also have certifications in Sage 50 and Sage 300. For two years I even used the Linux friendly manager.io software.
My recent education includes GitHub's Managing Remote Teams, giving me input on how to use remote tools to make the most of everyone's time, energy, and efforts.
